About the association “l’ARIA”

The association “l’Aria” (Association des Rencontres Internationales Artistiques) works since 1998 in the artistic and cultural domains.

L’Aria is a non-profit organisation, it is open to everyone (professional and amateur actors, technicians, costume designers, teachers, students, foreigners). It is not an enterprise for the diffusion of live performing arts but a training center. The plays that you attend during the summer Encounters are the result of the work of the trainees in residence in the Giunssani.

A Stazzona – “The Forge”

Launched in 2010 in Pioggiola, A Stazzona (the Forge) is a true scenic space dedicated to training and creation.

It is put at the disposal of trainees and instructors, resident artists and also teachers and students who participate in the artistic education projects.

Its dimensions and its amenities are in keeping with the profession’s standards: large 420 square-meter-room with a capacity of 300 people, two small working rooms, control rooms and green rooms…
